What We Believe
PNLCA celebrates the uniqueness of every child. We believe that children grow and learn best in a safe environment that provides ample opportunities for children to play independently but cooperatively, following routines while remaining aware and sensitive to individual needs.
The program is designed to be inclusive of all children, including those with identified developmental delays or disabilities, special learning or development needs.
